What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a remote worker who uses technology to provide administrative and business support services to clients across the globe. Hiring a Virtual Assistant is a great option for anyone who refuses to waste valuable resources on the costs associated with hiring a traditional employee (e.g. taxes, health insurance, paid leave, etc.).

What are your work hours?

Hours are scheduled to best serve the needs of our clients. Most assignments are started within (1) business day. Priority levels and deadlines should be included with assignment submissions. Assignments can be submitted 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. If an assignment is submitted outside of standard business hours, it will be received the following business day. Assignments sent within the last 60 minutes of the business day are considered received the following business day. We observe major U.S. holidays and will not be available during those holidays. Additionally, you will be notified in advance when your Virtual Assistant has scheduled time off. Attempts will be made to notify you and find a back up Virtual Assistant as soon as possible if your dedicatedVirtual Assistantwill be unavailable.

I just signed up! What can I expect next?

Congratulations on taking the first step in freeing yourself from administrative burdens. Once we review your consultation request, one of our Client Care Consultants will contact you by phone to get more details about your needs and preferences. We’ll then match you with a Virtual Assistant who meets your requirements and schedule a quick introduction and virtual meeting to ensure that they are a good fit.Once you have met with them and articulated your needs,you can start working with them right away! The process usually takes 48 hours after receipt of your initial submission.

Do my hours roll over?

Our clients value our business model as it runs like a subscription service. This model and the way we manage our clients and their tasks, create a formula that works perfectly with our work-flow. It is designed to give our customers the best experience possible. With this being said, all hours must be utilized by the end of the contracted month.

How will my Virtual Assistant manage my calendar?

Your Virtual Assistant can book appointments, schedule meetings, and manage your Google Calendar settings. Please note that at this time we can only guarantee support for Google Calendar. If you need support on other calendar applications, please let us know and we’ll find a Virtual Assistant that can provide support for your preferred calendar application.

Can my Virtual Assistant handle my phone calls?

Your Virtual Assistant can make calls on your behalf in order to book appointments, follow up with clients, or place orders with vendors. However, due to the scope of our services, they are unable to make sales calls or take inbound calls from anyone other than you.

Can my Virtual Assistants help with my cloud-based CRM, LMS, or project management system?

We do not provide specific training for specialized software. However, all of our Virtual Assistants have gone through a careful vetting process to ensure that they are technologically savvy as well as ready and willing to learn any software quickly with the proper guidance and instruction.
